With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Eric Schofield is the President of Medicare Experts and a Certified Medicare Insurance Professional (CMIP). Throughout his career, Eric has focused on helping individuals and families make sense of Medicare and confidently navigate decisions that can have a lasting impact on both their healthcare and financial security.
Education has always been at the heart of Eric's approach. Rather than simply helping clients select a plan, he believes people should understand how Medicare works, what their options are, and why one choice may be better suited to their individual circumstances. That philosophy has helped Medicare Experts build long-term relationships with thousands of clients and become a trusted resource for people approaching Medicare and throughout their retirement years.
Eric also brings decades of business and leadership experience to Medicare Experts, with a strong focus on developing knowledgeable advisors and creating a client experience that feels personal rather than transactional. He believes the best measure of success isn't simply gaining a new client, but earning the opportunity to continue serving that client for years to come.
A longtime resident of the Raleigh, North Carolina area, Eric enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends when he isn't working.
For Eric, Medicare doesn't need to be intimidating. His goal is simple: give people straightforward information, honest guidance, and the confidence to make the Medicare decisions that are right for them.
Isaac Guerrette
Executive Vice President | Medicare Experts
Isaac Guerrette is a Medicare expert with more than 11 years of industry experience and serves as Executive Vice President of Medicare Experts. He began his career training insurance professionals in Medicare compliance and comprehensive Medicare knowledge, building a strong foundation in both the technical complexities of Medicare and the importance of providing accurate, ethical guidance.
Today, Isaac focuses on education, problem-solving, and helping clients navigate Medicare with confidence. His approach is centered on listening carefully, simplifying complicated topics, and providing personalized solutions based on each client's individual needs. In his leadership role, he also helps ensure that Medicare Experts maintains high standards of knowledge, education, and client service.
Outside of work, Isaac and his wife, Erin, have been married for 10 years and are raising their two children, Theo and Grady. The family recently relocated from central North Carolina to the Oak Island area. Isaac enjoys golf, the outdoors, spending time with his family, and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack.

Jordan Thomas
Vice President | Medicare Experts
With more than 12 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Jordan Elliott Thomas specializes in Medicare, Long-Term Care, and Life Insurance. As a Certified Medicare Insurance Planner and top-performing producer, Jordan brings extensive experience to helping individuals and families understand their options and make informed decisions about their coverage.
Throughout his career, Jordan has also trained and mentored numerous Medicare agents, sharing his knowledge and experience to help other professionals better serve their clients. His approach is built around education, personalized guidance, and developing long-term relationships with the people he serves.
Originally from South Carolina, Jordan and his wife, Sarah, have called Charlotte, North Carolina, home for many years. Married for 10 years, they are proud parents of a seven-year-old daughter and five-year-old son. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family exploring Charlotte and the surrounding area.
Jordan believes choosing insurance shouldn't feel complicated or overwhelming. His goal is to make the process straightforward and personal, giving clients the information and guidance they need to choose coverage that fits their individual needs and goals.
